IBM Interview Process for Experienced Candidates
I applied on IBM's careers page.
I received a link for a "cognify gaming" test. This test consisted of three small games designed to assess a candidate's logical thinking:
If a candidate qualifies this test, there is a subsequent "learning agility" test that assesses candidate behavior. Questions were scenario-based, such as how to manage specific situations.
After clearing the learning agility test, a consultant contacted me after one week and scheduled my interview at IBM's office.
At the office, we were given a sheet to fill out our CRN (Reference Number) and BR code, which we received in our registration email. With these details, we had to list our skills on the provided sheet.
After filling out and submitting the sheet, we received a link for an MCQs test on HackerEarth. The test was based on the skills mentioned on the sheet.
After clearing the test, there was a telephonic technical interview. Following the technical interview, there was a PDM (Discussion with Project Delivery Manager) round.
This was the final round. The HR team was very friendly and supportive.
I received an offer after 10 days.
