Hello,
I interviewed at IBM. The initial round was telephonic, and the interviewer asked me a few basic questions that anyone with two years of experience would know. Those questions were very easy.
Once I cleared that, they asked me to appear for a second round in Pune. I went to a hotel where interviews were being conducted. After waiting for five hours, they finally called me in.
The interviewer was a BDO (or Director). He asked me a few questions on data warehousing and transactional databases. He gave me a few scenario-based questions and asked about my ongoing project. Finally, he asked, "How much salary would you expect?"
None was difficult.
