I was contacted a week in advance for a phone screening regarding the East Lansing Junior DevOps position. During that time, I spent a great deal of time preparing in case there were technical questions.
When I was finally contacted for the interview, IBM's "Talent Acquisition Partner" informed me that I would not be a good fit due to my not having a bachelor's degree. She failed to read my resume prior to the interview and wasted a great deal of my time. It was an extremely disrespectful experience and most likely representative of the company as a whole.
