Cons: Most teams don't. The pay is low. The bonuses are non-existent.
Unless you like Bluepoints. One is worth a quarter, and you might get about 500-800 per year. Enjoy.
Outrageous work/life balance for little compensation.

I worked with a friendly and supportive team.
IBM provides lots of learning content and opportunities.
Cons: Less salary and hike.
Some unfit managers (I think this problem is universal. In every organization, you would have a fair share of good and bad managers).
