The engineers who interviewed me were very nice, but I found the HR department hard to deal with. I was told after the interview that I would hear back in a few days, but I never did. I contacted IBM a few weeks later asking for feedback, and they never got back to me. I can't imagine it's a nice place to work if this is how they treat people.
