Double standards, too much micromanagement, low salary, high task load, expected to work overtime and not get paid, unable to take bathroom breaks or have a chance to eat food during the day. The only thing worse than a government job is a gig at IBM. Flex time is given to those who have spouses or children; extreme discrimination against singles. Terrible telecommute options. Client devices have hardware & software issues daily, with no helpdesk support.

Hire folks from metro cities because that's where the talent is.
