Pros

No good reasons. This is really the worst company I've ever worked for in 20 years. Stay away from this company. There's a reason their stock price has been flat for 7 years.

Cons

Double standards, too much micromanagement, low salary, high task load, expected to work overtime and not get paid, unable to take bathroom breaks or have a chance to eat food during the day. The only thing worse than a government job is a gig at IBM. Flex time is given to those who have spouses or children; extreme discrimination against singles. Terrible telecommute options. Client devices have hardware & software issues daily, with no helpdesk support.

Advice to Management

Let the contractors dictate SLAs and best practices.

Reduce staff.

Embrace other cloud platforms.

Stop being so power hungry.

Hire folks from metro cities because that's where the talent is.

Reduce staff who don't have IT backgrounds or who come from finance or accounting.
