Worst company to work for. Extreme micromanagement
Junior Software Engineer • Current Employee

December 3, 2020
Pros: No good reasons. This is really the worst company I've ever worked for in 20 years. Stay away from this company. There's a reason their stock price has been flat for 7 years.
Cons: Double standards, too much micromanagement, low salary, high task load, expected to work overtime and not get paid, unable to take bathroom breaks or have a chance to eat food during the day. The only thing worse than a government job is a gig at IBM. Flex time is given to those who have spouses or children; extreme discrimination against singles. Terrible telecommute options. Client devices have hardware & software issues daily, with no helpdesk support.
