After five tedious Zoom interviews, where I was asked the same questions repeatedly and had to give the same answers over and over (e.g., "tell me about a project," "what are you looking for?"), I was eventually rejected after the fifth interview.
I don't understand why they wouldn't conduct a single interview with five of their team members simultaneously if they intended to ask identical questions. This approach would save candidates valuable time.
Furthermore, given that I was essentially repeating the same information, why extend the process to a fifth interview before rejecting me? A rejection after the first interview would have been more efficient, saving time for both parties.
Only one technical question: find the LCA in a binary tree.
In the rest of the five interviews, they kept asking me to tell them about a project I did.
