I was referred and invited for a Zoom interview.
I was interviewed by three members of the team. Initially, they asked me about my experience and the ML/NLP projects I worked on.
Then, I was asked some technical questions, including:
- Python data structures and their complexity and implementation
- The difference between Python lists and NumPy arrays
Finally, a simple algorithmic problem was presented.

Pros: - Very flexible hours (can naturally lead to overtime, depending on the project).
- Very flexible deployment options (you wear multiple hats).
Cons: - Salary not competitive, but improving.

Technical Solution Manager (TSS)

Pros: Interesting tasks and engagements, still a good culture within teams.
Cons: Very poor sales skills in TSS. TSMs doing all the work in the MVS area but not getting any incentive out. All done by hand; no investment in tools and people.

Pros: innovative – transformative – agile – global – now also cloud-heavy.
A good starting point for young IT professionals.
Cons: The announced spin-off of the GTS division is generating a great deal of uncertainty.
A stock-based company where recently revenue has taken precedence over employees. This was different in the past.
