There were behavioral interviews with many questions, but not that many technical questions in the earlier rounds.
I applied for the Summer Summit program and had to do a phone interview and a Skype interview with various people across the country.

Flexible Culture, Poor Pay

Pros: Very flexible work environment, casual attire, come and go as needed, long lunches, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Co-workers and management seem to get along well.
As an enormous company, there are a ton of opportunities to develop skills and try something different.
Cons: Salary lags competition, and raises/bonuses are scarce. The company isn't the most stable for long-term employment, and morale has taken a hit as a result over the years. Healthcare and other benefits are almost comically poor for a family.

Pros: IBM is great for the flexibility and being able to work from home.
IBM (usually) does the "right" thing. Not a bad place to work.
Cons: There are a lot of layoffs and layers in the management team. It's hard to have an agile environment with all the bureaucracy.
