Process
I submitted my resume to the recruiters at my university.
However, they were not recruiting for mechanical engineers, but the recruiter took my resume since I emphasized my mechatronics background and gave it to the mechanical engineering manager.
Two weeks after, I received an email from the mechanical engineering manager for a phone interview. The interview was a screening interview.
I recently applied and haven't received an official offer yet.
The interviewers were really helpful; they shared their experiences and what they do. This gave me a good insight into the IBM mechanical area.
