It was so disappointing to learn that a prestigious company like IBM, after discussing CTC and asking me to resign from my current organization, never looked back to send an offer. This was an embarrassing moment for any candidate to trust a company like IBM, blindly believe them, and resign from their current organization without holding an offer letter. This is such an unprofessional way to treat candidates; I never noticed it before.
Nevertheless, a very good lesson was learned. Please do not attend interviews at IBM, Manyath Tech Park, Bangalore.
