Process
I was hired for one role and working in another, due to a lack of projects. I am now doing a different functional role and feel stuck in between. I wish the company had been more transparent during the hiring process. I feel I have wasted my career joining IBM.
Questions
Basic SQL questions, which I ended up answering a lot. It was like school days.
