Pathetic! They made us wait for 6 hours and took the interview for just 5 minutes telephonically. They gave silly reasons like an emergency and all.
The panel didn't have the patience for me to complete and were not at all prepared!
The HR was also irresponsible and showed attitude.
You should interview everybody and choose the best, not select the first person who comes in.
I would never work at IBM ever!
