They conducted one round of technical interviews and one techno-managerial round, meaning technical and managerial skill questions were asked.
The procedure took almost two weeks and felt like a total wastage of time. No panels were available for the technical round, so they finally arranged telephonic interviews. Despite only 12 candidates, management took a whole day to conduct all interviews.
After that, for the managerial round, they arranged video interviews on weekends, allowing candidates to take the call from home. However, the manager was not coming online during scheduled interviews. They cancelled the interview three times and finally asked us to come to the office location, where the manager conducted a telephonic interview.
The interview was quite positive, and managers indicated that we were selected and would receive an offer letter within a week. Salary negotiation also occurred, but later there was no response from the recruitment team. So, it was a total wastage of time, and the management was very poor.
