Applied online. The overall process took about 3 months and included 6 interviews.

Approximately 2 months after the initial application, I was contacted for a video-recorded interview. This was not a live interview, but rather involved submitting recorded responses. The questions covered behavioral and logistical topics.

A week later, I received a financial case study that required analyzing financial statements. This was due the following week.

The subsequent week, I was contacted for the final interview. This involved creating a 15-20 minute PowerPoint presentation detailing my assumptions and conclusions from the case study. The presentation was due the week after the case study, with the final interview taking place the week after that.

A handful of other candidates were interviewing concurrently, and the atmosphere was generally friendly. The first three interviews consisted of an HR interview (behavioral and skills-based questions) and the presentation, which had to be delivered twice to two different audiences. These were conducted in a random order.

After the presentations, all candidates were invited to lunch with current trainees. This provided an opportunity to ask questions about the program.

Following lunch, candidates were winnowed down, and I progressed to the final stage. This involved two interviews with members of upper-level management. The questions focused on specific aspects of the position, my proficiency in those areas, and typical company-related inquiries.

I received an offer the next day.
