Fairly simple behavioral questions, with some basic web testing questions. There were no technical or coding questions.
One of the interviewers switched off their camera during the interview. Additionally, I never received a reply, which is highly unprofessional.

Pros: A large number of training courses according to your career. Possibility of specializing in new areas.
Cons: Salary adjustments always lose against inflation. If it weren't for the union, there are practically no raises. In the interview I had, they assured me that I would be working on a team with more experience so I could learn, and that wasn't the case; I work practically alone. They also told me that there was a salary band that paid a % of the salary in dollars, and no such band exists.
