Process
A one-hour interview with a Manager and Team Lead. General questions were asked. I was shown a simple webpage and asked to find bugs on it. There were several non-technical questions, such as: What is your hobby? Scenarios where you lose your work due to a power outage? How to handle a conflict with a coworker? etc.
