I interviewed 3 years back for a QA management position. I had an interview with a manager first, which went smoothly. The manager went through the team structure and expectations, which helped in understanding.
Then, I had an interview with other team members. All team members were very good. I had more of a discussion and a friendly interview. Overall, I enjoyed the interview with the Watson Orders team.
