Process
I got to the interview by referral of a friend.
There were three interviews:
- First with the team lead and another manager. It was pretty technical, with testing questions, defect lifecycle questions, and specific project questions.
- Second with HR for a background check.
- Third with the client's representative.
All the interviews went well and made me feel comfortable.
Questions
I can't remember any specific difficult or unexpected questions.

Pros: I highlight the professional growth that can be achieved, the possibility of new opportunities, and the training they provide us.
When raising doubts, there is always a favorable response, trying to find a solution.
Cons: Perhaps it would be better to provide support to new employees and adapt training depending on the area they will be entering.
Some training is not suitable.
