Pros: Job Safety with multiple locations to switch
Cons: As I was in a project in Mumbai, I felt there was a lot of pressure, too many working hours, and the salary was too low. I am glad I left from there; otherwise, I would have still been there at around INR 30-31k even after 4 years.
