Process

I was referred by an employee.

The process took two weeks.

I received an e-mail from the hiring manager saying that she wanted to talk to me. We had a pretty basic interview about my resume, and then she discussed the project I would be joining.

The following week, I received an e-mail from a team lead stating that she wanted to conduct a technical interview. It consisted of fairly basic questions.

I was quite hopeful about getting the job because the interviewer said things like, "When you join the project, it will be like this, and you won't feel new. You'll have a chance to learn a lot," etc.
