Received a phone call asking whether I wanted to go to the Markham Office or have the interview over the phone.

I went to the Markham Office and was interviewed by two people.

There were not too many technical questions. Most questions were behavioral.

I am still waiting for the next process and am unsure if I have been hired.

Pros: The people I worked with were smart and professional. I learned a lot and enjoyed my time there. There was a lot of camaraderie and collaboration.

Cons: Their review process seemed okay, but didn't really mean anything. It's all numbers at IBM, and if there isn't a budget for what you are doing, it doesn't matter how well you do. IBM is moving their support services offshore, which will decline their service in that area. Felt like a number in the end. Pay was as low as the market you were in would bear, and raises were few and far between.
