Pros: Diversity and Inclusion are key parts of this company.
Working with big clients means you'll have some interesting projects to put on your CV.
Networking opportunities with a large group of people. I've met some amazing people whilst working here.
Cons: Pay is much less than the industry average.
If you're on a project you don't like, you might have to stay on it for ages before management finally decides to move you.
If you don't get a good line manager, you won't have much career support.
The performance reviews are really annoying.
