I received a call from HR to schedule an interview. I wanted to take this opportunity to provide feedback on my interview experience with the interviewer. I felt that the interviewer was not giving proper attention to the answers I provided and was engaged in a continuous discussion with a family member. This behavior was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for the candidate's time and effort. It would be helpful if the recruiter or coordinator could stay on the call until the interview is finished to ensure that the interviewee's time is respected and they feel heard and valued.

The coordinator joined, took a screenshot, and dropped. This felt like a big waste of time. It's understandable if you decide not to proceed with a candidate, but maintaining professionalism and respect towards the candidate is important.
