Process

Interview Rounds:

  • 1 HackerRank round - Medium difficulty level
  • 1 Techno-Managerial round - Easy difficulty level
  • 1 Project Delivery Manager (PDM) round - Easy difficulty level

Total duration - Approx. 30-45 days from the 1st round to receiving an offer letter.

HR processing is slow and haphazard in coordination. Ideally, the candidate should be referred to a job code first, and then subsequent steps should follow. However, in some cases, like mine, the tagging is done after the candidate has cleared all the rounds. This leads to delayed or even lost communication between coordinators.

I had to keep following up with all the different HRs throughout the process to keep my profile updated and relevant. Had I not kept hounding them, I believe my profile would have been lost in their huge pile.
