Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
They rejected me after completing the final round and salary discussion. The delivery manager accepted the package I asked for, and then HR called to negotiate. I reduced my requested package, and he said he would try. I waited for seven days, and they never called. So, I reached out to HR, and he announced that I was rejected at the final round. It sucks.

Someone gets more than enough time to explore themselves to extend here. Work-life balance is very good.Cons: To be frank, I can't remember any such cons working here. I heard appraisals are very low. Since I haven't completed my tenure here, I can't complain about it. But I believe you have to perform or impress your manager the whole time to get better hikes.
