The first round was a technical round and it was very interactive. The second round was a 1:1 round, and it was all about salary discussion. Finally, HR called me and said they were releasing the offer letter. Overall, the experience was good.

Pros: Good benefits. Home office. You can grow by learning a lot of technologies. You have a lot of flexibility to work. If you have to be onsite, there are plenty of options (buses provided by the company). If you decide to go by yourself, the parking is not an issue (as it is for other companies).
Cons: Agile practices haven't been adopted properly. There's poor management (lots of managers and few developers), and old technologies are still used nowadays.
