I applied online and was sent an hour-long, two-question HackerRank coding challenge before talking to anyone. I successfully completed the challenge in half the time allotted.
About a week later, I was sent another automated email stating that I would not be moving forward in the process. I found the process to be very disrespectful and lacking in consideration for candidates' time.
