Pros: Really smart and honestly dedicated people at work. Not one of the so-called American companies that are almost entirely staffed by foreign workers. Good mix of all cultures and types.
Cons: Management does not know what to do with the company's future. They are late to every game. Innovation is limited to buying companies that innovate. They lay off really respected and senior people without impunity. They try to get the entire company as large and diverse as IBM to follow common policies. This ends up not letting anyone grow to true potential.

Pros: Cool technology (depends on the team/group/product you work on). I've been fortunate to have worked on a team that provided many PoCs for Fortune 500 companies.
Cons: I've also been unfortunate to work for a very lame and useless team as well. You could really feel yourself losing brain cells by the minute. Management was waaaaaaay too old! They were very out of sync with employees, technology, etc.
