This was the worst interview I've ever had.
There were three people on the panel: two were Indian and one was American.
The Indian interviewers seemed to lack common sense. They asked random questions related to production issues.
The job description was for Ansible automation, and the role itself is for Ansible and Linux automation, but they didn't ask a single question related to that area.
They initially asked me which software I was an expert in. After that, they intentionally skipped all questions from that area and started asking unrelated questions.
The American interviewer was very polite and asked good questions.
Do you have experience on the call?
Security of the entire structure. They do a weekly analysis.
Challenges you faced in an environment.
Production issues and how you fixed them.
Do you work late at night if your work requires it?
How do you fix production issues? Does anyone review the code fix?
Did you have interaction with customers?
What automation tasks have you completed?
Did you ever take help from colleagues when you didn't know what to do?
