ServiceNow Platform Architect Interview Experience - Dallas, Texas
Process
I applied online and received an HR email within two days. We then set up a quick call to go through HR questions. A technical interview was scheduled two days after the HR call. The interview focused on my past experience with different ServiceNow product suites.
Two days after the technical interview, I received a system-generated rejection email stating they were moving forward with other candidates. The entire process concluded within a week. Although the outcome was not positive for me, the overall process was transparent and responsive.
