Cons: Work from home. Tried working from the office, but it was not accepted.

Pros: Competitive salary, better benefits, vacation days above the legal requirement. Promotes a healthy and respectful work environment. Promotes a culture of continuous learning and provides a course platform. Provides excellent computing equipment for work. Promotes a culture of feedback between collaborators and directors. Has very interesting and varied technological projects. Offers the option of home office.

Cons: Switching projects can be time-consuming.

Pros: The organization structure is good. Work flow is good. Systematic.

Cons: Managers are useless; they never respond with proper feedback. If you ask them for any information that HR directs us to get from managers related to employment, they won't share it out of laziness and will make excuses. Any recognition of your work or business savings will not be sent by managers to you if you are leaving the organization. Feedback will be great, but a hike won't be there, or the bonus won't be good. The reason will not be mentioned to you properly. Basically, the management is not good. Hopefully, they hire professional managers from now onwards.
