Software Designer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas
Process
The process was very quick and relatively painless. From the initial application to hiring took approximately two weeks.
First, there was a one-hour phone screen with a senior staff member. During this interview, they asked me to talk about my work. Within a day or two, I was called for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview lasted about half a day and consisted of one-on-one interviews with potential colleagues and managers. People asked various questions about past work and workplace experiences.
