One tech, one manager round. The tech round was too technical. The manager round was like bargaining. Once at the interview location, they will make you wait for hours before the actual interview happens. The interview will probably be telephonic.

Pros: These pros only apply to IBM CIO. Free snacks, monthly team lunch, no working hour restrictions. People used to leave by 5 o'clock. Basically, a 10-6 job.
Cons: No work from home, only in IBM CIO.
