I applied to IBM Deutschland in Böblingen.

Two days after my application was received, I was invited to Böblingen for an interview for two positions.

During the day, I met the managers of the respective departments, who also spoke with me for about 15-20 minutes.

In the interviews, the group leaders and 1-2 team members were present. In an open and friendly discussion, the department and the positions were presented, and my background was explained. There was always the opportunity to ask for further information about the position, even after the interview.
