Pathetic company with hopeless culture

Pros: Manager rule exists here; no work ethic is followed. You will be assigned to an irrelevant project with a 100-year-old manager who knows nothing except being arrogant. Don't join here, as work-life balance doesn't exist here, believe me.
Cons: Managerial rules exist.
There is no HR department.
You will receive nothing except a laptop to work. You'll encounter "psycho" old managers with no technical knowledge.
Projects will be allocated solely for billing purposes, often with irrelevant skill sets.
There is no tea or coffee in the office, lol.
They will increase your probation period if you complain about anything.
