Technical Interview - 1st Round

The interviewer asked me to explain every bullet point from my resume and how I used all the mentioned technologies. Further questions covered DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring, 3-4 code debugging questions, JVM, and GC.

An irritating aspect was that the interviewer meticulously wrote down every word I answered. I had to repeat my answers multiple times for him to record them.

The interview was scheduled for 60 minutes but ran over 90 minutes.

Pros: Good salary for new grads

Cons: Your co-workers are your enemy because of how the employee ranking is done. In other words, you want your co-workers to fail so you can get that extra bonus at the end of the year. Because of that, collaboration is hard to do.
