Pros: No pros except for the office footprint count. But that is also withdrawn.
Cons: * Don't able to provide projects and will fire.
* They'll only blame you for not getting any projects, whereas the workforce managers are very reluctant and irresponsible.
* They were unable to provide me a project for 3 months and they forced me to give resignation. Recently I am blessed with a baby. Inspite of that I agreed to relocate, but they didn't provide me a project. In this situation, I am really in great trouble.
