I applied through college. The process is two days. On the first day, we had only a written round with aptitude, reasoning, and email questions. These rounds were on the second day: TR + HR (HR and TR in one round only). Each question has a time limit. They eliminate the maximum number of people in this round. Number series is main in the IBM written exam.
