Pros: Always challenging, the scope of gaining knowledge is relatively high. It's a positive environment with a lot of fun activities every Friday. The best thing about IBM is you will get recognition for your work.
Cons: I don't find anything negative. The hiring process is very slow, however, we do understand. Since IBM is a very large organization, things get delayed.
