Was decent, mostly asked about the role. I was interviewed for commands and libraries development team. Questions were mostly about debugging. The interview process was only for one day. I got the result at the end of the day.

Pros: Good culture and keeps salary structure beneficial for employees.
Job security is better compared to others.
Opportunities are vast within the company, considering how open they are for job role changes and career path switching.
Cons: Salary hike is very less.
You need to know how to build your network and keep your manager happy for good growth, as there is a lack of transparency in awards and appraisals.
Your growth totally depends on the BU rather than your skill and hard work.
They talk a lot about culture and values, but the ground reality is a lot different. There is a lot of favoritism, and if you make great connections, you will have a good life here; your skills don't matter.

Pros: A lot of great initiatives and clubs to foster technical and personal growth.
Meaningful work.
Latest technology.
Encourages innovations and new ideas.
Good hikes based on performance.
Great leave policy.
Cons: Some of the office spaces are a little old-fashioned. So, there are challenges in making every collaborative effort effective. Even if, at times, WFO is not at all required, there's a mandatory WFO policy for a few days a week.
