The technical round was so good. The person was nice. They asked me about my project, a Core Banking Solution.
Moving on, they asked me about OOPs concepts in detail, specifically Class, Object, and APIE.
The practical questions asked on OOPs included:
- Virtual Function
- Palindrome Number (int, string)
- Permutation and Combination for a string "abc"

Pros: Flexibility for people with children, support in education. Even if you don't apply it in projects, you practice your English a lot, making it ideal for starting your working life.
Cons: They encourage unhealthy competition among employees. There is a lot of favoritism, and if you're not friends with a manager, you have few opportunities for growth.
