There were 3 rounds.
1st was a coding round with 3 questions, based on topics like binary trees, linked lists, and similar data structures. Be thorough with data structures and DBMS.
The second round was technical and included basic questions on Java, projects, etc.
The last round was HR.

Pros: Nice to have on a resume. Possibility to meet some nice, skilled people.
Cons: Politics, scrambling to get things done, lack of communication, overworked and overtasked, replacing seniors with cheap and inexperienced labor, which leads to poor quality software.
