Pros: - Company name on my resume
Cons: Team members, particularly the junior team members, weren't friendly to interns and didn't make them feel welcome.
The team was not the right culture fit for me.
My own mentor once said to me, "Why don't you understand?!" when she was explaining something to me and I told her I didn't get it. She made me feel degraded, and it was an open office environment where others could hear.
