Pros: I can only speak about my team in particular. We had a caring, friendly manager who really cared about all of the interns on the team and pushed them to excel. I worked with lots of different tech due to existing legacy code and newer code with newer technologies. There was lots of support from senior members, fellow interns, and managers.
Cons: For my team, we had a lot of interns and only a few senior developers. Sometimes the senior members would be busy working on higher priority issues, and the interns would have to try to ask each other when stuck.
