Process
You'll start with an online application, followed shortly by an invitation to an IPAT test.
The IPAT assesses numerical series and numerical reasoning.
After passing the IPAT, I was invited to a HireVue pre-recorded interview. I also had to complete an additional form detailing how I aligned with IBM's core competencies.
