Pros: The work done here is challenging and fast-paced. There is excitement about what we are doing and how we are contributing to the company and the client's experience. The people who work here are always willing to help a co-worker and are very industrious.
Cons: The technology could run smoother. Also, the process by which things are accomplished seems inefficient. With so many meetings, it is sometimes hard to get meaningful work done in the required time frame.

Pros: IBM takes great pride in its employees.
There were multiple talks given about how employees made a difference to the company and its current course.
My manager was incredibly open and met with me weekly to make sure my work was going well and that I was having a good experience.
At times it was a little difficult to learn all the different tools I used, but there was plenty of documentation, and the people were incredibly helpful.
Cons: The workspace was very secluded. I often felt very cut off from the outside world, but I think that's just because of how the buildings were made.
