The work done here is challenging and fast-paced. There is excitement about what we are doing and how we are contributing to the company and the client's experience. The people who work here are always willing to help a co-worker and are very industrious.
The technology could run smoother. Also, the process by which things are accomplished seems inefficient. With so many meetings, it is sometimes hard to get meaningful work done in the required time frame.
Allow a little more freedom within projects.
Instead of having to go through the food chain of superiors, a little freedom to make independent changes as the developer sees fit would make it a lot easier to improve the product.
