Pros: Amazing environment. You have your own space. Management was always available to talk. No one was watching you 24/7, as long as the job was done correctly and you met their deadline. Co-workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. You come in anytime before 9 and work for 8 hours.
Cons: There were days where I had to come in early because I was working with other people from a different country.
